Drive innovation with user- centric design thinking process and agile development process
We conduct research and use personas to inform design decisions throughout the design process. We collaborate closely with our software team and application scientists to understand their needs and workflows. We ideate, evaluate, and iterate the design until we find the optimal solution. Once we have a design concept, we work with our software team in an agile development process, creating user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to ensure a common understanding of goals. We work with the product owner to plan and refine tickets and epics before the team develops the product in sprints. Our team maintains the design system to improve consistency and development efficiency. This process is repeated until launch.
Discover underlying needs through user research to formulate user persona
We conduct user research to gather information and feedback to discover underlying needs, pain points and the goals of our users through various research method from survey, in-depth interview, workshop to a-day-in-a-life. We then analyse and formulate user persona to represent our user needs, personality and value. We create user stories based on their persona to find the design solution that meet their needs.
With our user-centered design approach, the design team represent and be the voice of users throughout the project to ensure that we are developing something that is valuable for the users.
Empower researchers to analyse and discover insights in their data faster with intuitive workflow
Analysing kymograph normally takes days and requires extensive knowledge in scripting which slow down researchers in discovering new insights that could improve human health.
With Lakeview, researchers can analyse and draw insights from their data within minutes and doesn’t need extensive knowledge in scripting. This allows even more researchers to benefits from dynamic single molecule insights and take guess- and labour-intensive work out of their workflow. So, they can focus on what they do best, science.
